Sonja Sieling-Boumenot

 

Sonja Sieling-Boumenot is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Bachelor in Human Resources Management (B.S.). She then went on to earn her Professional in Human Resources (P.H.R.) and Certified Professional (C.P.) designations. Sonja began her professional career as a Human Resources Intern in higher education in 2002. Her HR leadership through the years has supported many different professional settings, such as: hospital, home healthcare, emergency services and paper manufacturing. She has fifteen years of Human Resources Management experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors.

Sonja joined The Arc Eastern Connecticut team in 2019.
