THE COMMUNITY CONNECTION: The Arc Eastern Connecticut has been walking “In Partnership for Full Equality” with people who have IDD for over 70 years. We serve nearly 800 people and their families through supported residences, employment training and placement programs, summer camp, empowerment/enrichment programs, as well as health and fitness programs including Special Olympics.
