FUND A PROJECT

By supporting a specific Arc project, you’re directly involved in one of the many areas in which we’re helping people with IDD live their best lives.

Cookies are our Business!

The Arc ECT’s Classic Crunch chocolate chip cookies are now sold in 14 stores throughout southeastern Connecticut. Help this budding micro-enterprise and valuable job-training program continue to grow and expand.

Empowerment and Enrichment

Part of the Community Life & Advocacy program’s activities include six Empowerment/Enrichment groups, which introduce participants to the concept of viewing themselves as part of a broader community in which they have a voice, an interest, and a right of inclusion.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project

Help the Agriculture/Farm Stand micro-enterprise develop additional garden space on 5 acres of donated land in Ledyard that will provide weekly vegetable shares for up to 30 families and create additional employment training opportunities for people with IDD.

Capitol Improvement

One of our supported group residences is in desperate need of a new roof.

Please help make sure everyone stays warm and dry!

The Arc Quinebaug Valley and The Arc New London County merged in July 2019 to form The Arc Eastern Connecticut.  Both agencies were established in 1952 by parents of children with intellectual disabilities in order to ensure equal participation and choice in school, in the workplace, and in their communities. Combining program and staff strengths, The Arc Eastern Connecticut now serves the entire eastern CT region and is the largest chapter of The Arc in the state.
